Fixed #9716

• Refactored original class to add functionality to not autocorrect and suggest replacing with instance method.
• Added Socket.gethostbyaddr and Socket.gethostbyname

Before submitting the PR make sure the following are checked:

• The PR relates to only one subject with a clear title and description in grammatically correct, complete sentences.
